With the amendment made in the Inward Processing Regime Communiqué (Export: 2006/12) published in the Official Gazette dated April 17, 2026, and numbered 33227, additional time has been allowed for inward processing permits and authorizations whose export commitment accounts have not yet been closed.

A circular titled 'Certificates of Origin to be Issued for Iraq' has been published by the Directorate General of Customs

Announcement-3 Regarding Country-Specific Results of the Revision of the Pan-European-Mediterranean Preferential Rules of Origin as of 2026
The announcement dated 31 December 2025 stated that for 11 of the 16 preferential arrangements applied under our country's PEM (EU Agriculture, ECSC, EFTA, Faroe Islands, Palestine, Morocco, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Georgia), the processes had been completed and the continuation of cross-cumulation under the new rules had been ensured.

Circulation Documents Submission Afterwards and Penalty Application for Irregularities
