Regarding the Update of ITKIB – Importer Information Form

An announcement has been published by İTKİB regarding the update of the Importer Information Form.

As is known, pursuant to the provisions of the Communiqués on Import Surveillance, submission of the Importer Information Form approved by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA – YMM) to the registration center is mandatory in order to obtain an Import Registration Certificate.

In this context, the relevant form must be prepared in accordance with the format specified in the Communiqués, updated with the current year (2025) data, duly approved by a CPA (YMM), and submitted electronically to the registration center no later than 31 May 2026.

For companies that fail to submit the CPA-approved Importer Information Form by 1 June 2026, applications for Import Registration Certificates will not be evaluated by the system as of that date.

Note: For importing companies that submit the CPA-approved Importer Information Form after 1 June 2026, the Import Registration Certificate may only be issued as of the date of submission of the said document.
