Collateral Information System Opened for Use by Obligors

Ministry of Trade has announced that the Guarantee Information System became available to traders and companies as of 06 February 2026.

Through this system, users can electronically access and monitor detailed information related to:

• Individual, collective and comprehensive guarantee letters, as well as cash guarantees
• Type and status of guarantees and issue dates
• Taxpayer details, guarantee amounts and remaining balances
• Declarations linked to guarantees
• Warehouse-based guarantees
• Relevant customs offices
• Issuing banks

The system enables traders and their representatives to manage customs and financial processes more efficiently, transparently and quickly by providing easy online access to guarantee data.

Access to the Guarantee Information System is available via e-Government credentials.
