Qatar EUR.1 Movement Certificate – Electronic Issuance Notification

According to the announcement made by the Ministry of Trade, as of January 28, 2026, Qatar has been added to the countries that have declared that they issue certificates of origin and movement documents electronically.

In this context, Qatar – including the EUR.1 Movement Certificate – has been added to the list of "Countries That Have Declared the Use of Electronic Certificates of Origin and Movement Documents."

🔹 Documents issued electronically do not invalidate the documents issued through the normal procedure.
🔹 Certificates of origin and movement documents issued by the countries on the list in accordance with their own legislation can be accepted after inspections to be conducted by customs authorities.
