Reference: Our letter dated 02.01.2026 and numbered 117396223

Within the framework of the current legislation, including the following regulations published in the Official Gazette dated 31.12.2025 and numbered 33124 (6th Repeated Issue):

• Regulation on the Abolishment of the Regulation on Determination of Preferential Origin of Goods within the Scope of Trade under the Western Balkans Cumulation System,
• Regulation on the Determination of Preferential Origin of Goods within the Scope of Trade under the Bilateral Cumulation System,
• Regulation Amending the Regulation on the Determination of Preferential Origin of Goods within the Scope of Trade under the Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Cumulation System,
• Regulation on the Abolishment of the Regulation on the Determination of Preferential Origin of Goods within the Scope of Trade under the Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Preferential Rules of Origin,
• Regulation Amending the Regulation on Preferential Rules of Origin within the Scope of the Decision No. 1/2023 of the Joint Committee of the Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Preferential Rules of Origin,

the Origin Control Table, which includes the International Agreement Codes, Country of Origin and Country of Export to be used in the BİLGE System, as well as the origin proof documents required for reference purposes, has been prepared and is attached herewith.

The said table has also been integrated into the BİLGE System.
