Within the framework of the Prime Ministry Circular No. 2012/6 on the “Single Window System in Customs Services,” published in the Official Gazette dated 20/03/2012 and numbered 28239, efforts to expand the Single Window System continue under the coordination of our Ministry.
In this context, the Machinery Import Conformity Certificate, issued in accordance with the Machinery Import Inspection Notice (Product Safety and Inspection: 2026/32), has been incorporated into the Single Window System, and the procedures for issuing and using the said certificate will be carried out as specified below:
1. Information regarding TPS-Machinery Import Conformity Certificate applications with code 1112 made to the Risk-Based Control System in Foreign Trade (TAREKS) will be forwarded to the Single Window System.
2. The Single Window System will generate a 23-digit customs document number for the transmitted information, and this document number will be displayed to the liable party by TAREKS.
3. The 23-digit document number/document line number generated by the Single Window System (Example: Reference No: 26000000001112000000001/1) shall be declared by the liable party in the “Document Reference No” and “Document Date” fields in box 44 of the relevant customs declaration.
4. Since the information related to the document in question will be available electronically, a wet-signed paper document will not be required as an attachment to the declaration.
